Prof. Dr. Adnan Kaya (CV)
1999 yılında Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Elektronik Haberleşme Mühendisliği bölümünde yüksek lisans derecesini; 2006 yılında Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Elektrik Elektronik Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun olarak doktora ünvanını aldı. Halen İzmir Katip Çelebi Üniversitesi Elektrik Elektronik Mühendisliği bölümünde bölüm başkanı olarak görev yapmaktadır. Araştırma alanları, alternatif RF sinyal üretme tekniklerine dayalı PEMF/PRFE sistem tasarımı, gelişmekte olan yeni nesil kablosuz iletişim sistemi teknolojileri ve özel kablosuz bileşen tasarımlarıdır. Kronik yara iyileşmesi uygulamaları için düşük güçlü PEMF/PRFE sistem tasarımı, ev aletleri için NiTi tabanlı modüler çift bant yüksek kazançlı MIMO WiFi metal anten tasarımı, SMA tabanlı anten aplikatörü alanında baş araştırmacı olarak bir uluslararası ve birçok ulusal araştırma projesini tamamlamıştır. İzmir Katip Çelebi Üniversitesi'nde Akıllı Fabrika Sistemleri Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi Başkanı olarak görev yapmaktadır.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merih Palandoken (CV)
Merih Palandoken received the M.S. degree study in Microelectronics and Microsystems Engineering from the Technical University of Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany, in 2005 under DAAD scholarship and Ph.D. degree in Theoretical Electrical Engineering from Technical University of Berlin, Germany in 2012. He is currently working in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Izmir Katip Celebi University as vice head of department. His research interests are analytical/numerical design and modeling of active/passive wireless components in the micro/millimeter wave frequencies especially in the field of RF energy harvesting systems, compact microwave absorbers, machine learning based smart RF component and IoT compatible sensor design, microwave probe design, electrically small bioimplantable antennas and RFID systems. He is working as the vice head of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Research and Application Center at Izmir Katip Celebi University.
Asst. Prof. Kamil Çetin
Kamil Çetin received his PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Izmir Institute of Technology in 2016. During his doctoral studies, he took part in a national project supported by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey. He worked as a Researcher in two EU funded FP7 projects (ASPIRE and ISISEMD) for 3 years at the Department of Electronic Systems at Aalborg University in Denmark. He worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher in an EU funded H2020 project (weDraw) for 2 years at the Robotic Brain Cognitive and Science Department at the Italian Institute of Technology in Italy. He worked as a Research Associate in an EPSRC funded project (OrcaHub) for 3 years at the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences at Heriot-Watt University in UK. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Izmir Katip Celebi University in Turkey. His research interests include robotic control, autonomous robotics, intelligent systems and digital twin.
